The auction will begin at Cumberland Climate Control Storage. We will sell units there, and then go about a half mile down Cumberland Rd. to Cumberland Rd. Self Storage beside of the fire department. We’ll sell some units there, and then travel another mile down Cumberland Rd. to another Cumberland Road Self Storage location, this one behind Advance Auto Parts and sell units there. From there we will go to Bluefield, VA at 460 Self Storage sell those units, and then finish up in Tazewell at Bulldog Self Storage. All of the addresses of the locations are listed below. Online bidding will not be available for this event.

Terms: Cash or local check. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price. All units will be locked until we get to the unit, remove the lock, and roll up the door. Bidders will have a few moments to look in the unit, but may not enter the unit before we begin the auction of that unit. The entire contents of each unit will be sold as a lot. Buyers may put their lock on the unit after the unit is sold, and will have until Monday to remove items from the unit. Due to the nature of storage auctions, and the lessee being able to bring their storage bill up to date up until the unit is sold, some units may be removed from the auction, which may negate the need to visit one or more of the above locations. We can’t know for sure how many units will be sold until the morning of the auction.
